Welcome to the website of Sonia Desiderio. Sonia has been a practising complementary therapist since 1991. She is a qualified reflexologist and kinesiologist with a degree in Human Nutrition.

Sonia grew up in Italy and came to England in 1978. Her interest in the complementary field began in 1982 when she first encountered reflexology; however she did not take on the study until 1990 and qualified in 1991 with the British School of Reflexology in Harlow, Essex. Since then she has studied and gained qualifications in reiki, past life healing and numerology. In 1999 Sonia went on to study health kinesiology with Jane Thurnell-Read, and then a four year degree at the University of Westminster where she gained an Honours degree in Human Nutrition.

Sonia has integrated the considerable knowledge gained through study and experience into a holistic system that offers physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual support thus promoting the natural healing process within the client resulting in better health and wellbeing.

She now divides her time between her practices in London and Cornwall.
